Jeremy Bramwell, AACI, has completed 1,000’s of valuations, first as an Assessor in 1994, and later as a residential appraiser. In 2000 he joined one of the most highly regarded firms in BC, specializing in income-producing properties over $5 MM. Since forming Bramwell & Associates in 2010, Jeremy has been personally completing over 100 reports annually, with total values between $250 MM and $2.5 Billion annually. His extensive experience, broad education, and dedication to his clients result in a business driven by repeat clients.

Gino Biamonte has over 30 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry related to appraisal, leasing, finance, acquisition and disposition, and development. Gino has extensive experience and expertise valuating all asset classes. He consistently appraises various properties and proposed developments Valley with values ranging from $50 million to over $300 million. He works with wide range of clients on assignments relating to financing, market studies, expropriation, taxation, asset valuation, and litigation.

Ali is focused on the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. His career with real estate started in 2004 as a Building Inspector for Accurate Home Inspection, before becoming an appraiser in 2007. Ali assists us with residential property appraisals. Ali joined the team in 2018.

Nicole assists with office administration, supporting the appraisal team. Ms. Farias is from Brazil where she received her degree in Civil Engineering after entering University at the age of 16 and is very excited to become an Appraiser in the future.
